β β β β β Only one auntie taking order, do all the work. And another China young lady just standing nearby to play phone. Auntie attitude not good, unwilling to give more coriander when I requested. Normally I bought in Tampines or ion, everyone are okay to my requested. But only this auntie say: donβt have more. ?

β β β β β Walk pass, but did not stopped to buy any snacks. Their fried chicken is not as good as it used to be in the past. The fluor batter holding the chicken is not crispy and falls apart when you pick up pieces with the bamboo stick to eat.

Half a bowl of mee sua unlike other branches. Forget put oyster in all 3 bowls I order. Very very very bad this franchise. Boo boo!

β β β β β i said not spicy but they still gave me spicy.the fries were a bit more undercooked than usual. still good tho.
i decided to never eat at the one at waterway point again. ive realised that everytime my chinese friends order for me, the order is always correct. When they order, suddenly the fries arent undercooked and the chicken isnt dry.They dont even have to be chinese just lighter skin than me.
I thought this was normal but going to the other places like the one at white sands, i dont have this problem.
