★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not welcoming at all and I don't know what's wrong with them but they seem to be giving me a boxes of contacts with prescription different from what I've tried in the shop. Better off with another optical shop. I wouldn't be surprised if the two other 5 star reviews are from the 2 owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sent in my glasses for repair and their lab damage the frame (irreversible damage). This was not explained to me during collection and only found out when I walked out of the store.
Feedback to their staff and it seems my feedback is left ear in and right ear out. Should have went to Own Days instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to ask for lens replacement. Lenses came quite fast (2 working days) instead of 3 working days, which is good. Staff convinced us to buy the new city light lenses and said that there was a lucky draw for it, but they did not remind us about it when we went to collect. They said that the suppliers did not give them anything regarding the lucky draw. After a long complaint to them, then they said to do a soft copy of it. Very disappointed that the staff did not promise what she had initially stated.
