Very bad in Queue management. I had to wait for more than 2 hrs to see a doctor and in between appointment holders come and go. It would have been nice to inform for walk-in persons that doctor is busy with appointment holders for next 2 hrs so that we can come later or plan alternative.

I called three times to ask if i can make appointment but not a single call was answered. I made my way to the clinic regardless as i know that they close at 930pm. I reached at 750pm and signage at counter indicated close for registration. Clinic was still open as there are patients waiting for Doctor. 1) They should try to answer their phone call so that their customers wont go to their their clinic knowing that they dont accept patients anymore. 2) They should indicate till what time is their REGISTRATION TIMING OPEN so that we know by when we must arrive to register without getting dismissed off, which resulted into a disappointment. On top of that, the clinic should also explore the other means of payment acceptance method such as credit/debit card or paywave or paynow as we are moving towards a cashless practice. This is my second time being disappointed with this clinic. The Dr is nice - but the management and the counter staff could be improved a lot.

Dr Lee is one of the best GPs I've ever been to! He's really professional and cares about his patients. The registration process is also very smooth (when I use my company's card).

Visited many times, staff are friendly & warmth. Although sometimes long Q but the did their best serve everyone swiftly. Doctor Lee is the best, very caring & understands patients needs.

My first visit to this clinic and it’s also one of the best experience. Long queue as expected on a Sunday. The clinic assistants are all very pleasant and friendly. Doctor was very apologetic with the long wait. It’s really a pleasant doctor visit :D

This is the worst clinic I ever visited. I had self tested Covid + at home and visited the clinic. I was told to queue as usual outside the clinic which I waited for 12 people before me. When it's left with 4 people before my turn, all of the sudden, the receptionist said that the doc has given instructions to see non-related covid patients first, and ask me to come back to the clinic 1 hour later. The receptionist even ask me to go to the food court to eat something. I have to remind the staff that I am a positive case. How do you want me to eat at the food court? In any case, I went home, and return to the clinic 1 hour later. After seeing the doctor, and confirmed a positive case. I started self isolation immediately. The worst part is the doctor did not submit my case to MOH. I waited for 48 hours and called MOH hotline and found out that the clinic did not submit my report at all!! This is totally unacceptable!! Today is already my 3rd day in isolation and I called the clinic and they admitted that it was an oversight on their part! How irresponsible people. This is horrible.

I wish they would not say/post they are open until a certain time if they will not accept patients even before the said/posted time. It's a waste of time and effort for patients to go all the way there only to be told they will not accept patients anymore. I've experienced it like 3-4x already.? Doctor that's seeing us is very good and nice as well, though!!!??? Keep up the good work Doc.?

Very Bad Experience at the Front Desk… They were opening up for the 7pm clinic. I asked the girl at the front desk if I can register. She just shouted at me and said β€œNO!” There was another lady who look at her and told me β€œsorry not yet.. we need to switch on the system.” The 2nd lady was polite.. The 1st one was terrible!!!! And she kept shaking her head.. while her back was facing me.. We are already sick and not well… we should not be getting this type of treatment from the the front desk.. Very bad!!! Service!!! I won’t go back there again… The only reason I came here is because the Raffles Health Medical had a long queue..
