★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to enquire about repairing a sole of my shoes but was astonished to be told that it would cost $80 to change the sole of my shoes while other shops quoted me $10 - the price doesnt make sense to be honest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not exactly great workmanship. Just came back with my pair of wedge heels, which I sent in to glue the back as the sole was separated from the top part of the shoe. But after the repair, the front of the heel which was okay has gaps which was not glued properly. I guess they pull apart the whole heel, in order to glue the back. But they should have checked to ensure the repair is well done.
No more visit from me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to the one at Novena to duplicate a set of keys - terrible service. There were no customers in line but he waited five mins to acknowledge me. Took my keys and didn’t bother to ask me what I wanted, how many sets etc. Had earphones in all the time and was not responsive to anything I said. Will not be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Sunday went to duplicate my front door key. Was charged 8 dollars per key. Duplicated 2 keys. After 1 week, somehow the keys cannot be used anymore. My original still works fine. The roadside key duplicator does a better job. This Shine's key & shoe shop should close down. The public should take note and avoid this shop.
