β β β β β No coffee in this outlet. Unfortunately I didn't know about it, wasted time. But cakes are same quality as in other outlets. But cakes have no price tags. And communicating the price is boring and uncomfortable as it is loud, staff speaks quietly, you need to remember numbers... Terrible.

β β β β β So dissapointed with this outlet. First there is no price tag for the cakes. Second the staff is so stingy to let my kids try more on the mooncake, my kids tried one and they felt like want to try more, but the staff seem like unhappy. And there isn't any rubbish bin to throw the toothpick and the staff asked me to throw to public rubbish bin and said her shop is not the rubbish bin. Sound very impolite. I don't think i will go to this outlet again.

β β β β β Giving 1 star to the arrogant behavior of the interrupting female staff@Novena especially when some other staff member(trainee maybe) was serving us.
Arrogantly yelling the price to the customer with an assumption that its unaffordable to them.
We have been buying products from different outlets of Awfully Chocolate but never faced this issue.
Be polite to your customer. You lost one today.

β β β β β I wish I could give them zero stars for their poor service because I got charged twice. I payed first as the staff were packing and wrapping my cake, and then once more afterwards because apparently βthey didnβt key anything inβ the first time despite the fact that not only did I see the price on the screen, but I checked my bank statement and saw I was charged twice. I called them to let them know, was asked for my name and number and was told they would call me minutes later but that didnβt happen. Awfully Chocolate is good but if you donβt want to be charged twice and cheated of your money, donβt go to this branch.

β β β β β Delicious cakes but service can be improved. While a customer was looking at the options with a bit of calm, I asked the front liner if I could have a tiramisu. Once I have paid my order the surprise came when she was not giving me the bag. When I asked her, she yelled at me saying that I had to wait till the other customer was finished. This is the best way to kill a loyal customer. Good bye
