Came across their $18 promotion on Facebook a year ago and decided to give it a go since my scalp has been badly damaged from the chemicals of hair bleach/DYE. The consultant did a pre-treatment scalp analysis to see what treatment is more suitable for me, she also gave me a better understanding of my scalp instead of hard selling me packages. Very good service! Have been getting my scalp treatment from Luxescalp for over 6 months and I am seeing a lot of hair growth as compared to a year ago. I am really happy that I don’t have to deal with hair loss problem anymore.

Personally enjoyed the head & shoulder massage at Square 2 outlet. Complimentary snacks and beverages were available throughout the treatment. Service was great and importantly - no hard selling of treatments/packages. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable experience!

Overall is very good service and would intro more ppl. A very comfortable and pleasant experience at Square 2 outlet, my fav is the head and shoulder massage. Tea and biscuits are served and there are ipads for customers to use during two hours long treatment. Consultant is very genuine in waiting to treat my scalp and never fail to check my scalp every other session to ensure it is improving, Overall i enjoy the whole process and will recommend to my friend. Had this bad encounter with the hair specialist name Vivian. After the trial , was seated in a room and the sales package pitch started. Honestly, a pitch was expected but the way that she pitched is totally unprofessional. When I explained that I won’t be signing the package as I would like to try to see if the treatment today would help in my itchy scalp. And I don’t mind coming back for a second individual price treatment again, to Ensure it effectiveness. SHE ROLL HER EYES AND HOLD UP HER HAND TO STOP ME FROM CONTINUING AND ASKED ME TO LISTEN TO HER. REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went to Square 2 branch at Sinaran Drive last week for my first trial promotion. The therapist talked me through the steps of the treatment which made me feel very comfortable and assured. Apart from the effective treatment, during the treatment the therapist also shared some home hair care tips/remedy to improve my oily scalp. I like that the staff really cares about the condition of my scalp instead of just hard selling me packages. Overall, a very pleasant and satisfying experience.

I enjoyed the treatment very much. It was very interesting to see a close up of the scalp before and after the treatment.

I have been with Luxe for about 4 years from when they were still at Chinatown till they moved to Novena. The therapists are generally all friendly, gentle and non-pushy with their services nor products. They make an effort to build rapport with the customers even if it's not the same therapist each time. My itchy scalp/ dandruff problem improved greatly when I first came after a period of 3 months with a 2-week interval visit. Now I have to go monthly or every 3-weekly to keep the itch in check. It is also easy to arrange for an appointment and the best part is the package has no expiry. The downside would be there is not much of monitoring of the scalp condition except when it's time to renew a package. And the herbal smell can stay on the scalp for more than a week even when I wash every day. The good part, apart from those mentioned, is that the pricing is pretty reasonable compared to other scalp treatments. I have been to a couple others for 10 sessions each, but this is still the best value for the quality and service. Keep it up!

I first visited the store in late 2020. Was having really bad acne on my scalp and nothing helped. So I decided to try their trial which was very affordable ($28 if I remember correctly). The consultant gave me a scalp analysis and the trial then back to scalp analysis. Indeed, even without the scalp analysis (with camera to show you the condition of your scalp) follow up I felt wayyyy better. I've been with them ever since and I have to say it's one of the better choices I've made. I hope they continue to provide great services!
