I was served by Jade and she gave detailed explanation before and after the treatment. I also like how they don’t hard-sell the packages. Great experience and highly recommended! Hoping my teeth will become whiter in the next few sessions. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the visible results after the first 2 sessions, what has continually impressed me is the top-notch and friendly service of the staff.
Being someone who can get quite uncomfortable when it comes to dental matters, I have never once felt out-of-place during my visits. The establishment itself does not have an imposing setup (think machines and equipment), and gives off unexplainable calm vibes upon entering.
But that is not taking away the efforts of the staff who is always looking to make me (and other customers) comfortable and feel at ease.
The fact that my sessions correspond with a good nap is a testimony to how relaxed (and straight forward) the treatment is.
For me, Shining Smile is a clear winner if you are looking for a place that combines an excellent and fuss-free product with fantastic service levels.
