β β β β β Love hate relationship with this clinic. Doctors here are friendly & understanding. The 2 downsides were that the waiting time is very long. I waited a good 90mins despite coming when it was buzzing number 8, being number 15 in line. & that the clinic location weirdly weakens my data connection a ton.

β β β β β Dr Vincent is very professional and detailed in his checks. But don't bother visiting if he's not around. The other 2 docs are his parents but I wonder how they qualified to become doctors.
Today his mum attended to me (1st time and last time for me) and after I described my symptoms, she exclaimed I must have gotten flu bug. Even before doing any checks! Even her checks were just cursory. Thermometer didn't go into my ears, stethoscope was touch and go on my chest and back. Just go through the motion and can't seem to wait to "get rid of me". The whole consultation took less than 5 minutes. She gave some standard flu and fever med. I was charged $38 for everything. Do you think it's a fair price?

β β β β β Itβs not my first time and never will be the last if Iβm still breathing. Dr Chan is a caring person and never seem in rush to hush you out. Consultation depends on individual patients . I wonβt complains about waiting for my turns .Just start queuing before the clinic opens than you get the smallest number. As for the staff they are all Awesome and wonderful . They are not rude as mentioned. They all are friendly and seem working as a family . As for the locum Dr they are OK no complain.

β β β β β Donβt think I have ever visited a slower clinic than this! Arrived at 2pm and got the number 6 but doctor only saw me at 3.20.
The doctor seemed nice though!

β β β β β Super long queue most of the time. Nurses are ok, quite supportive with about 3-5 of them at counter and in the room. Clean and comfortable. Previously doctor Chan was really great, very caring and friendly even to our 2yo baby, always reassuring. Recently it seemed a new doctor (Tan Yew Sang) is not that helpful or friendly, eg he rejected to check on my kid who was couching. Just be mindful about the Q if you really have time.
