β β β β β I am so floored by the customer service of assistant store manager Tiffany and her staff. I spilled a cup of bubble tea and it was alllll over the table, chair and floor. The staff had to make a few trips to clean it up. I kept offering to help but they didn't let me do it, and were so polite about it. I would be so annoyed if I were them.
What was even more amazing was that when I went to buy another cup to replace what I spilled and also because I felt so bad, Tiffany insisted on giving it to me for free?! I was so shocked and declined it because of course I should pay for it - but she wouldn't budge and got her staff to make another one for me. I have never experienced customer service as good as this. Would highly recommend!!!

β β β β β Ordered a classic Earl Grey Milk Bubble Tea and was not disappointed. Flavour was rich and tasty, a very refreshing drink. Hands down one of the best Earl Grey Milk Bobba Teas I have tried. KOI has definitely one of the best Bubble Teas in Sg, IMHO.
The cafe and ambiance was warm and inviting. The only downside was the limited number of seats.

Would be more worthwhile to go for 2 scoops since 2 scoops come at a discount .
The waffles were crisp but too stiff - needs improvement.
I like the addition of the tangerine jam and dollop of cream .
Friendly service is a plus ?.

β β β β β Ice cream was rather average. Dark chocolate has a strangely doughy taste but still ok. Salted Caramel is average as well. Would recommend their drinks instead. The store has a wider variety of teas which are more worthwhile than the sweet treat.

β β β β β A beautiful store selling premium versions of Koi bubble teas. The highlight would be the ice creams that they mix in their recommended blends - the sesame ice cream is fragrant and not too sweet. However, the drinks are a little pricey.

β β β β β wow... finally found Gluten free Brownies and can choose your favorite ice-cream!! Mine is served with salted caramel... Not a bad combination and luckily not that sweet... KOI macaroons are also my favorite especially the Bailey flavor! ????????

β β β β β Beautiful store with nice seating area although limited seats. Their Earl Grey milk tea was good as expected. The pistachio ice-cream was surprisingly good, intense pistachio flavour and very dense texture. Will be back for the more interesting alcoholic drinks.
