β β β β β I just had lunch at your outlet and it was awful experience. Today we celebrating my friendβs 60th birthday and I suggested your restaurant because I was given good service 2 weeks ago.
Unfortunately todayβs service was a disaster. Menu was given 15 minutes after we were seated. The opening tea wasnβt served. We were given only 1 hour 15 minutes to finish our lunch. Duck was hard. It tasted like overnight meat. Cold dishes and dim sum were served after which we had to wait for 25 minutes for our dishes to arrive which was almost the time we had to leave. Birthday girl was very furious so was I. I donβt get this kind of service at your other outlets. Paragon so far gives the best service. I think you need to train your staffs at this outlet to serve like the other outlets. We cancelled our order and didnβt even order desert as we planned to.

β β β β β Excellent food with impeccable service. Teochew food is underappreciated. Order the classics such as marinated innards, a soup, and the steamed pomfret. Oyster omelette was fluffy crispy and generously filled with orh luah. Ambience is classy and tranquil with the wine chillers lining the corridor. The gong Fu tea at the end was a nice touch as well. Can fully recommend.

β β β β β A very good Teochew themed dim sum lunch w Teochew style porridge, and assorted dishes! Attentive service and nice spacious seating. The XO fried carrot cake is a must order to try and itβs so easy to finish. Pu Er tea was well made and we completed w dessert choices from a long list. I had the Aloe vera fruit cocktail ! Will come

β β β β β Had a great brunch with Top notched services from the crew - Aunty Mei Mei and Carol. They made me feel so welcomed and homely! Highly recommended place for Tim Sim. Food was served hot and Tasty! Thumbs up!

β β β β β Truly delicious Teochew Cusisine, one of Singaporeβs top 3 Chinese restaurants. It is pricey but worthy of the bill. This is a place for a special occasion, either professionally or with the family, on a date night. The fried eel was my highlight, so succulent and crispy. We will be back.

β β β β β Imperial treasure located at level 3 of Orchard Ion. Serving amazing Teochew dishes. Highly recommended the crab, prawn, fish and yam dessert.
Food tasted amazing and definitely have standard of a reputable restaurant. Staff are very friendly and prompt in refilling the tea.
Great for family reunion or big gathering to share more dishes together.

β β β β β A little underwhelmed by the overall quality and taste of the dim sum lunch as I have high expectations of Imperial, considered that they are one of the best, if not the best. The steamed items aren't too bad, but the fried items were very average.
Wanted to give 3 stars but because of the good service of the staff, going to give 4 stars. It goes to show that people are very important, particularly in F&B and especially they hired a lot of local seniors which we should give our support more to these hardworking people.
