★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the Post Office on November 28 to inquire about mail prices. A Malay and Chinese staff at the counter had a very poor service attitude. I had decided to give up mailing and buy stamps on the machine outside. The machine issued a receipt but no stamps came out. I went to ask them again, and they forced me to ask me what to post instead of solving the machine problem. How can such a staff member still be qualified to work here? Don't understand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to this post office many times. The staff is courteous and always helps out, clean and tidy, efficient less crowded. Parking is available at 50m at the entrance to the Canadian School just before the post office building. Thank your SingPost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficient and not too crowded when I last visited. Helpful and courteous staff who were willing to go the extra mile to help others who were unsure of various procedures. No dedicated car park but plenty of roadside parking as well as in the side roads. The building too is nice and dates back as long as I can remember - at least 50 or 60 years!
