★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made an appointment with Ms. Yvonne Lim for an apartment in Pasir ris on 13.01.2018 at 13:15 (which was her suggestion and I have confirmed), however, she forgot it. I arrived at that apartment in a rainy day. However, she even denied that we had an appointment. Without any apology, she blocked me.
Pls be careful with this company, they don't respect you and your time.
Afterwards, it will be ur fault "hi, it is only ur assumption"...so, pls see the screenshot to understand "if I assumed wrongly".
If u don't want to be fooled & waste ur time in a rainy muddy day, pls really be alert with this company.

Scheduled viewing 2 weeks prior, while visiting the unit reached to an agreement and Agent asked to skip the usual LOI process and proceed with TA, within the TA there were non standard terms which doesn't follow the guidelines of CEA and the Gov.
After asking to amend the terms agent said should be fine and asked to sign on the spot and send all the personal details,
The following day after confirming and asking to send the payments received a message that the landlord decided to not honour the signed TA due to the amendments to the standard terms of CEA.
I'll suggest to anyone working with the above agency to dig deep into the agreement and make sure you are not signing yourself into a very bad TA agreement.

Arranged a viewing for a room with this rude and lazy agent and he could not even give me the full address to the place. Not responsive to messages and would only give me the post code to the place after calling him.
The current tenant was also surprised that all of the viewers that arrived for the viewing were unaccompanied by the agent.
Extremely rude attitude even after the viewing as I had called him to ask more details about the room.
Never dealing with this agent again!
