Very fast service. Went there to get a nfc sim and got it done within 5 mins. Partly thanks to the off peak time i went i guess

I was there today in the evening to subscribe a broadband for my new house and this guy with spectacles served me with a long black face and started the conversation by asking me “yes”? Couldn’t stand the attitude. After then when i gave him my postal code, he couldn’t find in his system and just say i can’t help, ask me to call netlink to ask if they installed a point at my house before applying. So I went to waterway point, a lady who helped us, realised we gave the wrong postal code by checking it through google when we gave our full address. I’m impressed by her professionalism, taking initiative and good attitude. In the end i got the job done. I hope Singtel can take an action to this.

Don't bother. long wait times, inefficient queue system, poor stock availability. You're better off visiting the main singtel shop instead

I was at Compass one at about 11.30am. Crowd at complex was building up. Lunch. Singtel was not crowded but manageable. The staff was very professional and patient. All customers had problems yet the staff were cordial and steady. Well done.

Slow service that made me wait for 2 hours just to realise that i am unable to get my new phone , honestly bad experience. I hope they could improve on their service speed

On 3 September, Salesperson Min Wei David guaranteed that i’ll be getting my iphone in purple from 8-10 September and so i recontracted on the 3rd. I asked repeatedly if i’ll be getting on the 8th and was guaranteed that the LATEST i’ll be receiving it is on the 10th, which was why i agreed to recontract at this retailer instead of other nearby ones. Fast forward, i went down on the 7th to ask if they had any updates on which day my iphone will arrive at their store, i was told they only have the other colours as every saturday they’ll bring stocks over (but i have NO idea why they did not bring over my iphone in purple as i have already paid for the recontract) and by this week i will receive a phone call ( i should only come down after receiving the phone call ). It is the 10th still no phone calls, i called down this shop with this number (was redirected, then subsequently hung up) so i called the store number printed on my receipt (63864072) a good 10 times, all during their working hours at different timing, nobody picked up. Overall horrible experience. Seems like salesperson just got the commission and don’t bother following up, and seems like the entire store don’t have a single person who bothers to pick up the telephone UPDATE: went down on the 11th and found out my phone was ready for collection. Meaning they already had stock but didn’t bother calling me like they promised. If i didn’t go down i’d have stupidly waited for their call. Asked them why they didn’t pick up the phone as i called many times at different days and timings, the reply i got was “The phone is inside and we are all busy outside. Nobody is free to go inside and pick up the phone” What kind of nonsense? i know this is a retail shop but seriously, it needs better management. From what i know the previous time the manager is “inside” most of the time so guess she has hearing problems then

Sales person staff that goes by the name, JJ, was extremely rude and impatient to my father who was not english speaking who required help with his new phone. He kept chasing him away and also taking him lightly, sengkang has many elderly people and if these are the standards of Singtel towards people who cannot converse in english or elderly, i think this shop should belong to the city area where there are more youngsters that can tolerate such impatience. The sales person gave my father a guide in english asking him to do it himself.

They just dont bother even the place not packed. Keep waiting nobody bothers. They are like those in the 60s,you wait long long. Why Singtel can give exclusive rights to these people with no customer service standard?
