★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have patronised Westgate Singtel Exclusive Retailer 5years ago when I made a switched from another telco provider and have been revisiting this retailer since (eventhough we have moved to the northwest area of Spore 2yrs ago) for all my subscriptions ie. Cable TV, Broadband and all my Mobile lines. The service staff Jeslyn, Eric, Reagan (no longer a service staff at this retailer) was very helpful, patience and knowledgeable in recommending the suitable plans that I need. Till date even my son/family have joined me ie. going to this retailer for his/their Singtel mobile lines subscription/recontract of mobile lines as we are very pleased with the service provided. Kudos Jeslyn, Eric and even Emily(new staff) for the great service provided. Keep up with the good work!.

He was very knowledgeable about the product's details and showed patience in explaining them to me numerous times when I didn't get it at first. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Emily has helped my family and I set up phone and home wifi. She is very meticulous and clear in explanations. My first experience in singtel is 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back again mainly due to Emily’s super good service at Westgate outlet. Would totally recommend!!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to collect a new phone. Salesperson was friendly and polite but not very knowledgeable. 2 issues
1) I asked her whether I can use my new SIM later as I was under the impression the SIM is only activated after I slot it into the phone. She said to only swap the SIM when I'm ready. Just after I left the mall, my old SIM was deactivated and I had to go back up the shop to reactivate it.
2) I also wanted to transfer my SIM in my Samsung phone to my new iPhone. Was wondering if I needed a new SIM since iPhone uses smaller SIM cards. The salesperson said it can fit just by visually glancing without taking out the SIM card. After I went home, now I've found out that my Samsung SIM can't fit into my iPhone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Singtel Westgate branch gave us the wrong information that I only need to bring the paper to +serv to get the askey WiFi mesh. But +serv say need authorisation. Then can get the stuff. I am very upset. I just wasted my time and took a trip down to orchard with not enough documents. If there's negative infinity stars I will put that. Singtel modem don't even provide good WiFi coverage. Their staff obviously don't know what they are doing. What incompetence. Such a letdown. Westgate branch is the worst out of all the other branches. At least the other branch knows what they are doing.
