Visited them to repair my device and they said they would take 1 hour to diagnose the problem. Waited 1 hour and returned, and I realised they havent even opened my device yet... The technician quickly opened it, and told me it's due to short circuit and said they could fix it in around 1-2 days. After 2 days, I received a call from them, they said they phone could not be fixed anymore, as the CPU is damaged. However I could definitely tell this is not true as I have knowledge in this field too and from my experience with the phone before the battery ran out, I knew it's not a CPU issue, however the technician kept insisting it's CPU issue. When I asked if he could return me my phone back to the state in which I passed to him, he said he took out a chip and he is not going to put it back in simply because he did not charge me. I had some suspicions and after I asked another technician about it, he told me the chip this SolularMobile technician took out is a component on the motherboard and now the motherboard is 100% broken, no way to fix it at all. He also told me he may be able to fix if the motherboard was not broken but now it's broken, there's no way anymore. So basically this SolularMobile technican broke the motherboard and got my phone into a much worse condition than when I passed it to them. Highly discourage anyone from approaching them for phone repair service, I gave them 1 star to post this comment but to be honest they deserve 0.

First time went repair my Samsung Galaxy A51 phone. I am very satisfied with their service The technician there is really experienced and he solved my issue within 30min. He told me it was a motherboard short circuit and eventually fix it. Well done and would recommend my friends or colleague ?

Changed my tempered glass screen protector here. On top of the air bubbles appearing under the screen protector, scattered across the entire screen are flakes of liquid reflecting rainbowish light all over right now..
