★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Singtel Wifi service is really bad. The wifi they provide is slow. I called and requested for someone to come and check if my wifi have any problem. After checking, the person said he need to change the router. After changing it, my wifi became even slower! Now i have to call Singtel again :/

Went to get a SIM replacement for me and my girlfriend and the male staff was extremely friendly and helpful and provided the replacement with no extra charge.
Did not manage to get the staff's name as I was too happy with the service. Definitely recommend.
Happiness comes both ways, a friendly customer receives a friendly service! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm dissapointed with customer service by singtel, they don't understand what's my problem and only pass me this and that don't resolve my problem. Like I change my router to Netgear and when I have problem with router she don't know and pass me wrong number. I never buy anything from singtel again,,many goods I've bought from singtel..all of them spoiled. meanwhile their service was always busy and i had to wait a very long time and the solution i got was not what i wanted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On 19 Jan 2022 (5.15pm), we met a male staff member who repeatedly tried convincing my wife that purchasing a Samsung S21 would necessitate upgrading our current plan, though we had expressed the intention to keep the latter. We walked out immediately and purchased the same phone elsewhere on the same day, enjoying some deduction off our monthly bills and other promotional benefits. My wife has begun using the new phone on the same network without a hitch.
