★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are fans of clarks, especially my mother and father. Some days ago we went there. My mother and father bought four shoes in total! They planned to not only wear for themselves, but also plan to give it to people. Although the price is on the high side, but it feels comfortable when you wear it. Friendly and cheerful staff with great service attitude. Shoes are neatly place and shop is clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time at Clarks a few days ago. Great service by a staff named Sufi, very attentive and willing to help! Saw him trying his best to speak Chinese to customers that were more comfortable speaking in Chinese. BIG thumbs up ? Will be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Discount % seems similar as online. This plus very limited selection, you are better off buying online from Clarks Sg com. I tried very hard to find three pairs that are not in terribly worn condition, to qualify for the so called buy two get one free discount. One staff, without checking the storeroom, said all shoes are on display. The other staff made a show of checking the store for 10 seconds and revert that all three pairs/selections are left with dismally sets. Same response as other customers who asked for fresh sets. Seriously, you are better off buying from main store on discount or through their online shop. At least you have a chance in getting shoes in better condition. Plus, they didn’t bother to find the right boxes for all three pair of shoes.
