I was served by Rio, a senior sales staff, who displayed excellent customer service. He immediately came up to ask if I needed help and within few seconds, he went to get the many colours of the bag for me to see. Much passion for service could be felt as he goes on recommending different bags and sharing the store’s discount information with delight. Small details such as adding a weight into the bag as I tried on the bag makes such a big difference to the my shopping experience. Definitely will go back to this store to shop.

The sales staff, especially Kar Ping always had a smile on her face, so friendly, knowledgeable and gave recommendations on new arrivals and demonstrated the different ways to carry the bag. Super patient and not pushy at all even though I was so indecisive. She also offered to polish my current Rabeanco bag while I shopped! Thank you Kar Ping!
