Although treatment was painful she made it bearable with her bubbly personality and always had stuff to share about her personal life and has a way of connecting with her clients. I do recommend her as she is friendly and professional. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I finished my 1.5 years of laser hair removal treatment, and a few months later, hair still grew back. At the start of the treatment they guaranteed that hair will not grow back. 1 year into the treatment that recommended me to pay a few hundred dollars more to ensure it will not grow back...? I was naive back then and believed in the sales assistant.
Some staff are nice and friendly, while some try to hard-sell products. They pressure you into giving them good reviews so...
Ultimately, the treatment did not do much... very disappointed... Hair is finer but did not decrease much
Edit: Clinic called me back for a review and helped me identify the problems. The staff, Angel Wong, was really patient and understanding and ensured that my problems were addressed! Customer service is really good despite previous dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried out the Brazilian and Cryo at Novena Roya Building. The customer service executive was very attentive and they explained to me the benefits. Although i asked lots of questions but Angel was very patience with me and explain to me clearly. The best part was she wasn't pushy for me to sign up package. I never regret going there.
