★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic customer service by Eddie! Was really patient to help me try out the sizing and to adjust with insoles to get the right fit. The irony was - the official Red Wing store was next door, and the customer service was terrible.
Edit: Six months on, and the boots are still great, although I wear them much less frequently because of the past months of lockdown.
