★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite pricey yet mediocre kway chup. Intestines weren't properly cleaned and tasted horrible. Portion is tiny for two... Mostly cheap fillers - tau kwa, tau pok, fish cake - under the pitiful few slices of meat and intestine.
Claypot sesame oil chicken was salty af, barely a hint of sesame oil.
First and last time eating this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order for takeaway and delivered by grabfood. Overall is ok but the kuay portion is very little. ( Less than Half portion of Normal servings compare to others). One plain kuay cost $1.40 per packet and I have to order extra 2 packet to fill my stomach:)
Song Fa boss should take note of this, or these mini servings will turn the customers away:)
The taste of the food is to my likings so no complaint for that.
P.S Update. I revisited Song Fa Kway Chap (dining in) today (03 July 2022) 4.15pm. ( Northshore Paza 1)
It was a pleasant surprise that the servings has improved in quantity, both the Ingredients and kway was served adequately for my stomach and taste still maintain to my likings.
Will patronise them again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is nice. Ordered spicy chicken claypot and sesame chicken claypot. Both nice. Intestine is fresh. We finished everything. Service is not bad. Will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is pretty small, so expect long queues during peak hours.
Food wise it's tasty, the kway's soup is flavorful and nice.
Price is a bit more expensive then other places. at $12 for a two person portion.
Can try if passing by.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have only heard of Song Fa bak ku teh, then you must come to Northshore Plaza 1 @ Ponggol Northshore to try is its kway chap!
Went there to celebrate a friend's birthday. Ordering food is computerised. Customers form long queue outside to decide what food to eat, then go to the screen to order.
Then choose a table and wait for your number to be called just like Macdonald's.
We ordered 2 bowls of kway chap, a bowl of yam rice, 1 combo of duck meat, salted vegetables with egg and tofu, complete the meal with a claypot liver. All in about $17+.
Song Fa is Song Fa. Even the kway chap is superb. All food is of small amount but nice and delicious food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came at 8:00 p.m. , and while the wait times was long, the food was great despite that. Maybe if I came earlier I would have had faster times but either way, great food. I had the Duck Rice witch had Duck and Rice (kinda obvious) and it was great, even better, it came with a drink! (Not that surprising but it’s nice).
Overall, if you don’t mind waiting a while, order some duck and you will be satisfied.
