★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SPECIALITY= Prawn Carrot Cake with chilli. customer for > 25 yrs at Tampines St 11 Hawker Centre (park at T Town Council). Fresh, soft & succulent sweet & inviting prawns served in moist-minced carrot cakes, $4 & $5 plate. Closes ard 12pm on weekend. Cannot find others in SG.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the white carrot cake. It does have a unique flavour due to the curry powder. But otherwise lacking the other factors for good carrot cake - no crunch from turnip, no crispy parts, and flavour had not much depth.
Nevertheless it was decent and the service is very friendly. There was a queue on sun late morning but service was fast and very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our favorite carrot cake stall! They have this unique flavour as the chef added curry powder as the spice. Very nice and goes well with this local carrot cake style. Just that the prawns sometimes vary… in sizes and numbers! Hah! But still yummy! Pls support uncle! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best carrot cake I have eaten in Singapore. This stall is highly recommended as their food quality is consistent, always tasted good and the stall owners are very friendly with a smile every time.
Their black carrot cake is very flavorful, coated by a sweet black sauce. Best part of it, it isn't as oily like some others, so you can easily finished the whole plate by yourself without feeling greasy. Prices is also very affordable as a plate costs you for $2.00 only. Do expect a queue when you go there.

Reowned for their unique flavour of carrot cake, made using curry powder, sweetened chye poh / preserved radish, and deshelled shrimp.

This gives each plate a unique layering of taste, yet it doesn't distract from the soft moist taste of the carrot cakd itself.

The white version is my preference here, smoky savoury spicy eggy sweet in flavour, the notes of curry and egg amd shrimp quite distinct.

The black version is also well loved, smoky sweet spicy eggy savoury in flavour. Here, the curry is tamed with the dark sweet soy sauce, though you still get the taste of the egg and shrimp. I find the contrast a tad jarring.
