β β β β β Ordered contact lens from them on 25/6 July and after a week, i went to ask them if my lens are ready. They told me there is a freeze till the 4th Aug. And they had known about it on 18 July.
βWhy was i not informed by WA or sms? I could have ordered some from another brand as a temporary solution.β
The answer βIts not our fault. (Shoulder shrug) And its just contact lens.β

β β β β β Donβt buy. Bought over 200 sgd rayban sunglasses and they broke after 1 month and I believe due to manufacturing defect. Was surprised at kind of service I received later. Money wasted

β β β β β Bought a pair of rayban eyeglasses at waterwaypoint branch. The temple got a little bit skew so asked the saleslady to have a look at it. She bent it manually and when she gave it back, it was more damaged than before. Then said cannot repair already. spoiled already. very bad service!!!

β β β β β Went to Somerset 313 spectacle hut and was served by Jarell. Upon walking in with my sports attire and slipper , Mr Jarell serve me professionally,introducing to me every brand of shades available in the store. He is very patience and always giving me quality advices. He spend over 30 min with me with no complain allowing me to try diff sunshades in the store. Overall a good experience with him. Very good customer service! Solid lad!

β β β β β Service here was rather questionable? Came to purchase contact lens from the store but was told that I had to do an eye test as it was part of their regulation and also because it was my first time purchasing from their outlet. Was also told that my name wasn't in their record at first but after saying that I have purchased multiple times from other outlets, she suddenly said my contact was in their record. Next, she then claimed that my last purchase was 4 months ago which hence I am required to get my eyes tested again in order to purchase. I have always managed to successfully purchase from the outlets nearer to my house without a need for an eye test even though it was my first time buying from those outlet so i dont get why this outlet dosen't allow me to.
Update: Went to another outlet nearer to my house to purchase and managed to get my contact lens successfully and wasn't even asked to do an eye test so i guess it is really this outlet that has a problem LOL

My wife has came over to purchase contact lenses ONLY, and the old lady staff requires her to take eyesight test and do not allow her to buy contact for others? You expect everyone to move to your shop just to buy 1-2 pair of contact lenses? Come on, 2022 hello?
Next, what kind of attitude are you showing when she just had slightly asked what kind of rule is that? And you answer being? "My Rule!"
You should really watch your attitude with your shop being 3.1 star prior to my writing.
Grow up and stop living in delusion will do.
To the rest, services is non-existent in this outlet.
