We are so grateful for the housecall doctor. My 83-year old mother in law tested positive for Covid. She was tired and listless but vitals were borderline. Wanted to send to her to the hospital but she has dementia and it would be tough to keep her there waiting. We understand it will take hours for docs to tend to her cos she’s not critical. Speedoc was recommended by a friend. We are so impressed and thankful that my mum in law was tended to by a dedicated young doctor who came by at 10pm! It took a while because of high demand but it was a lot better than waiting at the hospital. Cos my mum in law could stay home to rest in the comforts of her bed while waiting. Doctor was thorough and gentle. My mum in law gave doc the brightest smile cos she clearly could sense his sincerity (he also spoke to her in Cantonese!). Doc also assured us that we can call or msg anytime and he will help arrange for a nurse to drop by the next day, or if need be, arrange for an ambulance to take her to the hospital. (this is not as easy as we thought it would be. The struggle was real cos my mum in law isn’t critically ill and we don’t want to overload our public hospitals unless necessary).now that we have a doc on standby for us to ask for advice, we are so relieved! We could not have imagined the nite would turn out so well. We started by checking out a list of online telemedicine service, and the only one available on a sunday nite didn’t answer the call. Didn’t expect Speedoc’s professionalism and the care the doc showed though they are busy and it was already late on a sunday nite! Highly recommend.

Fantastic service by Speedoc! My ageing grandma fell critically ill over the weekend and due to covid restrictions we were faced with the difficult choice of choosing either to send her to the hospital alone or keeping her comfortable at home surrounded by loved ones with limited medical help. Despite having all their doctors occupied with other patients for the day, Speedoc tried their best and managed to find a doctor and nurse for my grandmother as they understood that her condition was quite severe. We had an urgent blood test and urine test done in the middle of the night and received the results within a few hours. Unfortunately, my grandma passed in the wee hours of the morning and we got the same Speedoc doctor who consulted her to certify her death within the hour. Despite the unfortunate circumstances, Speedoc really did a great job in providing care for my grandma. And this is in comparison to other house call service providers, as they had rejected our request for a house visit consultation when they found out that my grandma was in critical condition. Thank you Speedoc for ensuring that the last night of my grandma’s life was comfortable for her ❀️

Use at your own risk. Disappointing service. Been waiting for my medication since 3pm. Calling a customer service hot line that is non existence since 7pm isn't helping too. Payment has been collected and deducted upfront plus you don't get any notification for delay. Shall stick with GP, the waiting time is probably lesser.

Worst experience ever with Speedoc. Booked a supervised ART test when I was aboard in Australia in advance. On the actual day appointment date, I waited more than an hour and the staff did not contact me at all. Had to make a last-minute call to Speedoc to find out why I was stood up by the staff only to have told me that I needed to wait for another staff to contact me. This is ridiculous because they have already wasted 1 hour of my time overseas. I'm not sure how the staff are assigned but this is ridiculous and a complete waste of time especially when you are overseas and have plans laid out. Book at your own risk

First time using Speedoc and was surprised by how smooth and quick a doctor was assigned to me. The doctors are very professional and competent as well. Definitely one of the more affordable telemedicine services out there. Would recommend to others in need of such services too

I was going to use Speedoc for a company medical exam. Website says have to inform them 24hrs beforehand. I informed 39hrs before. There was no reply the next day, so my staff called them. No reply the night before the medical exam , I called, my staff called. One email to me - I cannot open your doc at 10pm same night. I replied. Email also has phone number. I called >10x, no pickup. I called same day of medex at 8.29am, 8.58am, 9.38am, 10.05am. Customer service officers all nice and helpful. No return call by Speedoc as promised. My client fasted for nothing

Doctors were friendly and approachable. Saw doctor in the morning and medicine was delivered on the same day late afternoon. The nurse was excellent. Very knowledgeable and taught me how to take care of my mum who is suffering from fatigue and loss of functional abilities after a hospital stay for Covid. Only thing is that the price is private rate so it's high. But we needed help urgently and they have provided a reliable service.

The doctor came quickly and was friendly. Also the pricing is cheaper than a trip to the A&E and faster. It saved me the hassle of having to wait in a hospital waiting room in the middle of the night. My complaint however is with the customer service. It has been over a month, and I want to pay my bill but have not received anything. I want to give them my money to pay for the excellent service we received from the doctor, but incompetent customer service has made it difficult. I emailed. I WhatsApp messaged, and I even spoke with someone on the phone who said they would email me the bill right away. Still no bill. Make it easier for customers to pay their bills please. Update: I called customer service again, (after being on hold) and I finally got in contact with someone who was able to help. Finally I got the bill emailed to me.
