Would leave zero stars if I could. After having to pay upfront, pestering them to get availability and finally giving up I’ve now sent 7 emails and multiple calls to get a refund and no one is getting back to me. Thievery.

After falling in love with snowboarding on a recent trip I was elated and beyond excited to find out that this place existed in Singapore. Like any other tech savvy adult in the 21st century, I made sure to google the place beforehand and the negative reviews should have made me wary of this place but nevertheless I wanted to give it a chance. Excitedly traveled all the way to the west side just to try out their slopes (not classes) and was greeted by quite the rude shock - there was not a soul manning the counters and the only snow city staff available there claimed she was of a β€˜separate department’ and thus could not help me and promptly sat comfortably right back down and proceeded to ignore my presence. I then tried dialing the contact number given on the sportquest site and gave up after more than 10 missed calls. I decided to give snow city one last chance and tried their hotline, a nice lady picked up and put me on hold for about 5 min before reverting to me that they were unable to reach the person in charge. Huh, no surprise there. By now I’m already beyond disappointed and have lost all mood and excitement prior to this sorry excuse of a customer service. Visit at your own risk.

Expect payment upfront before giving any availability for slots. After I already paid, they said they don’t have any slots and will refund me my money. I asked how they can justify charging their customers before giving slots, I was told β€œI’m already giving you your money back, why are you being so defensive??” Absolutely shocking

Very poor customer service given the related investment required. Wait days for responses (attributed to being too busy to "reply to emails all day long," don't receive proper guidance - just told to look at the website, expect prospective customers to pay online and complete all these forms without providing any idea of availability for lessons upfront. After all of that and the online system confirming a booking, advised: "due to overwhelming classes" they are not able to take my order anymore! ? Edit

Snow City is fun. I'd recommend it mostly for ages 3-10. The tube slide can be a bit intimidating at first and you do get some speed, but there's enough snow at the base you will be able to stop. It was intimidating for our 2-year-old but the 4-year-old loved it. It is definitely cold, so an hour will be enough for younger kids. The staff are helpful and nice. The price goes up since they take all photos and they make you download an app to get them but they do tell you in advance.

I should have trusted the bad google reviews. totally regretted paying for the packages. rude and non-existence customer service. save your money and wait for the chance to go overseas ski resorts. it's not worth spending your money to be treated in this manner even though it's the only place to do skiing/snowboarding in SG.

Didn't went there in the end. Service attitude like what others has said is really bad. Took a few days to get a reply from whatsapp. Asked them about availability for open session with no lesson for new snowboarders from the start but didn't seem to register it and after a few days finally found a slot that's open, then they tell me 'oops we don't open for new snowboarders'. The employee needs a serious lesson in communication

I’ve taken basic ski and snowboard lessons here and they have helped me to literally hit the ground (or slope) running by the time I’m on my overseas trip, allowing me to get started on intermediate skills and saving me at least a precious day or two which would have otherwise been spent on complete beginner stuff like learning to standing up/leafing on the snowboard. I too have read the reviews before I signed up, and from my observations, some of the communication issues highlighted usually arose when they were engaged in coaching sessions and were uncontactable throughout the day due to the almost non-existent mobile signal within Snow City. Ultimately I feel it’s the quality of the lessons that matter and for me they have always been fun, professionally and competently conducted by this small family-run operation.
