★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arranged for delivery service for few heavy rice packets & stuffs on Sunday.
No response upon calling multiple times.
Since we going out for a while just wanted to what time they deliver since it is already 6pm& they said delivery would be on Monday. Since we wanted to go out for dinner called many times. But failed to reach in both given landline and mobile number.
Since I have given my number upon buying from there, I was expecting a call before delivery.
But upon reaching home after dinner we found that the groceries left irresponsibly on our doorstep.
Irresponsible delivery man!!!
Better don’t order delivery service from the Simei outlet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be a way for the store to identify near expiry or expired items. Ice creams specifically are most of the time expired in here. You always have to tell the store people about it.
Otherwise a small mustafa for Indian grocery, you get everything you need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good Indian store. Has a wide variety of products from spices to Indian vegetables and utensils. Relieved to get mostly all Indian products when not able to go to Mustafa/Little India. Products are good and not overpriced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is a real good option for those who seek Indian vegetables and items. So this complaint is specifically about an arrogant cashier at murugan shop at east point mall.
Request Sri Murugan team to please teach them how to speak to customers and how to pack things properly while billing. One of the items I bought was not packed correctly by this cashier and it fell on the floor. When I went back to collect the item rather than apologising he is states it is not his fault.
The arrogance with which he spoke does not leave a good experience for regular members. The man wears glasses and has white hair and he was so arrogant not to even tell me his name when enquire. He arrogantly comments go complain to whoever you want and tell them it’s the cashier.
Is this is right way to talk to customers?
