★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly, polite and professional staff. Nice ambience and quite clean as well. Waxed and even threaded my underarms, a first for me. Pretty consistent service. Just wished they had a underarm/eyebrow package. Permanently switched to this salon over another salon in the East!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to the outlet at Northpoint in Yishun. I did Shirodhara, waxing, body scrub. Services were promotional price which was good! Great ambience, most importantly very clean and friendly staff. I would like thank Thiveya and Vanessa. They were both gave excellent service. Answered all my questions. Thiveya is a sweet girl. she was very gentle with me while waxing. And Vanessa has great hands, her massaging technique was good. Just the right amount of pressure when needed. I enjoyed the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this place.

Threading services are okay here..
but body waxing is horrible!!! I did underarm and bikini waxing (which was only my 2nd time to do waxing on such a sensitive area) and I had wax burns on my bikini area :(
They dip the same stick for the wax, multiple times, and there’s no proper preparation before they do the bikini waxing.. it was a very unpleasant experience and I’m never going back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like it when massues walks out halfway and comes back without making up for time when she's out. And a gym next door, not peaceful @ all! Very noisy during treatment. Not worth the time and money!
