While I was suffering from a knee injury, coach Andrew knew exactly the right exercises to strengthening my legs and the muscles around my hips. This solved my injury and I could haplily follow the SStar.fitness training program. Now after 3 years I can even say I just ran a new PB on the 5k and still going strong on improving my 10k and half marathon times. I can advice you, if you want to enjoy running and have professional guidance, SStar.fitness is the right place to be (with many happy new runner friends to meet during the workouts). 5++ stars!

Coach Andrew has been very encouraging to motivate me to run consistently and persistently. My ability to run has been stretched to the fullest.

Their head coach, Andrew Cheong, is an accomplished runner and is very technical in his approach to training. Their training sessions every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays fits my schedules perfectly, thus allowing me to train consistently. Andrew also imparts physical fitness knowledge to his trainees in order to enable us to train safely without injury. Truly an excellent running group to join if you intend to up your running performance !
