Ryan’s Kitchen marks the brand’s first foray into the dining scene in Singapore. The cozy Australian-style café seats 40, and serves a delightful menu prepared with quality produce as well as organic, gluten- and preservation-free products that may also be purchased at Ryan’s Grocery. They have a Pick-and-Grill option, which allows customers to select their preferred cut at Ryan's Grocery's butchery to be grilled at the restaurant for a nominal fee. Treat yourself to the best cuts of meat, and sausages all made in-house. They've also included a wider variety of vegan and vegetarian options in their new menu. We tried a few of their popular dishes and would like to recommend them. Meat & Frites: All mains come with a side of fries, a salad, and a choice of sauce. 100 Days Grain-Fed Sirloin Steak, (200G) $24 Five Founders Carbon Neutral certified sirloin steak simply flame-grilled with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Sauce available are Demi-Glace, Black Pepper, Creamy Mushroom Lamb Shoulder Chops.$32 Roaring Forties Carbon Neutral certified lamb shoulder chops pan-seared and basted with butter, garlic cloves & a sprig of rosemary. The Lamb here does not taste gamey, so do try it here. Ryan's Burgers Category: All Burgers come in a Sesame Seed Bun with Fries, Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, and Onions. The Quintessential Ozzy. $24 Beetroot Relish, Fried Egg, Cheddar, Bacon, Avocado, Mayo 100 Days Grain Fed Patty. Options Top Up: Organic Grass-Fed Patty.$3 Wagyu Patty.$5 Whiting Fish Fingers.$15 Noosa Seafood Breaded Wild Caught Whiting, Dill & Caper Mayo Dessert: Pecan pie Artisan Coffee Overall prices are very reasonable for the quality of food, great environment, great service. Happy Hour drink prices for weekdays before 6 pm and Set Lunch $14.90 for a main and a drink.

Had the tomahawk at $88++ (enough for two). There was substantial fat and the meat was good (although a tad well done for medium rare). Would return again.

Never noticed this eatery till recent. Went for brunch, sausage and hash. Tbh i love the hash. Very well pan fried and almost can have it on its own. The sausage size was very generous..more than enough for 1 pax..

Walk past Ryan's kitchen today 3 Dec 2021 in the evening. Was attracted by some visual ads on the tv regarding a promotion for a tomahawk steak for $88 so I enquire with the service crew. She told me that was a previous promotion and showed me the latest ones. So my wife and I decided to sit down for dinner. We ordered the Prime Rib Set which is $89.90++. It comes with fries, roasted salad (zucchini, sweet potato and pumpkin) and 2 glasses of House Pour Wine (Merlot). The Merlot tasted very full bodied. It actually has an astringent taste but it pairs very well with the prime rib steak. I would say the owner of the place really does knows his pairing. The prime rib is totally amazing. However I felt that maybe for meat of that thickness, medium rare doness is not so suitable. I think medium or medium well would be better. We ordered medium rare and some parts of the rare meat are pretty rubbery / tough to bite. So I recommend that diners do ask for medium or medium well doneness instead. A shout-out to the mustard that comes with the ribs. That mustard does have a taste of truffle and it goes very well with e meat. However when I ask for additional mustard , it came a different type. So bit disappointed here though. Overall a satisfying experience and good service crew too!

Love the vegan and gluten-free food options here! You could really customise your dishes with regular meat or organic grass fed meat, to gluten free buns etc. Wished they had more options of drinks like fresh juices. Really enjoyed the experience here ?

Ordered a beef Wellington as well as cordon bleu cheese ham chicken. The waiting time for the food was longer than what we were told, service was just a little bit lacking but the food was pretty good, just not very worth the price. Definitely an experience, but once is enough.

Really great food! Used Burpple and ordered 2 steaks so it was super worth it. Medium rare sirloin cooked to perfection and the fats were grilled to be crisp and nice. Definitely would go again

Interesting concept of a restaurant beside their produce shop. The ingredients are seemingly fresh, and I'd say their sausages are the most interesting. Steak was slightly disappointing, but overall acceptable.
