★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I forgot my wallet and requested for the cashier if she could help me pay and I paynow her using my phone but she was very frustrated and annoyed. Luckily Ms Chen who was toasting the bread heard me and she assisted me without a doubt. In all, I think the service at Yakun in general is filled with angsty employees but Ms Chen is really an exception!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst Ya Kun outlet in Sg no doubt. Dont doubt the poor reviews here. The staff working here are extremely rude and look as though they hate serving Singaporeans. The beverages are so- so. I stopped buying from Ya Kun because of the poor attitude. Ya Kun if you dont check yr google reviews, you're missing out on alot of information about yr business in Canberra.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time eating at this place. Cashier was very polite but the lady that prepares the item was very impatient. The ringing of the bell to call for pick up was relatively rude. She kept ringing without stopping for at least 10 seconds as if people can rush to collect the food with a second or two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a coffee tabao. Straight away say $2.70. Upon paying I wonder a while but still pay thinking take away become so ex nowadays. Seeing them preparing saw she took a big cup instead of small cup (then I realised). First of all... Business ethics. Since when if customer don't say automatically become big serving? If you want to boost more sales, you should ask our preference. Second we customer are not stupid. We know... This whole episode left a sour taste tbh... And also I can't finish yr big cup of coffee, got to throw away after that. In the end you want to earn a 1 time $2.70 or many time small cup value?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As Singapore traditional coffee place, Ya Kun created large varieties of breads and drinks that make them unique. I love their teh-C especially. Unique taste compare to other coffee place. Always enjoy having breakfast or tea time there with my family or friends.

Were 1st time here, ordered bread and coffee, when come to my number to collect, i only see the bread at collect point, after just realising the coffee put at order point there, meaning that the coffee put there around 10 min. None a word from service crew, you need to find it yourself
