Either get rid of the swing doors getting in and out of the serving counter or the staff should hold it to avoid it swinging back and forth making loud irritating noises.
When I was working in a hotel in Marina Square during the 90s, we removed the 2 sets of swing door into the reception counter.

It is very close to Elgin bride and The Paliament os Singapore.
The space is a bit small but not crowded all the time.
