★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set in newly renovated funan, yakun here looks more upscale and trendy. Traditional Kopi and Kaya toast is considered cheaper than their food counterparts in the mall. Taste wise okok, quite consistent with other outlets

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regularly pack breakfast here. Got a shock today when the price for set A kaya butter toast increase by 70c from 4.90 (2 weeks ago) to 5.60, which is more than 10%. All other sets increase similarly. No longer competitive to Butter Bean and Toast box in the same mall. Time to switch.

Back again on 12 Feb. My ice milo is super diluted. No it's not because the ice melted, it's already diluted from the start.
Edit: I gave feedback to the staff about the diluted ice milo and offered to make another one for me. Note that it's not the same staff as my previous experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the space, the drinks but the kaya toast was badly cut and butter was still cold. Will recommend for drinks but don’t need eat there unless you starve for many days or years never eat yakun.
