Great service and great designer furniture. If you can afford it that is. We bought a table here on offer and even then that cost us almost $3000. We also bought our chairs from here. But I must say, after using the furniture I am most satisfied by the craftsmanship and quality of the products here. But yeah..price.

The person who attended to us was extremely professional. He basically introduced the different pieces of furniture in much detail. Good observation of our style and preference, he was generous with his time and patience for us to experience various sofas. You might be thinking it would be their call of duty since their products belong to the mid and high end range. Well, yes and no. In this case, the service was commendable. Good product range - our favourite is their in-house design. Love the variety giving options from contemporary to modern traditional. Both functional with quality. Elegant and yet simple. Fairly reasonable pricing for the range. Some practical pieces combining comfort and style. I would definitely recommend to add this place to your shopping list if you're genuine about investing in something memorable and will accompany you for a very long time. Cheers!

Excellent service from the co-founder and product specialist especially Jefery and Wylie who served us. They were patient with us and were knowledgeable about their products. As we had a hard time choosing the colour combination for our sofa, the team offered us valuable suggestions and assistance. We bought several items from Grafunkt several years ago such as our previous sofa, dining table and chairs. Will look forward to more unique and exquisite collections from Grafunkt.

This place is such a gem! Great aesthetics but what strikes us the most is their impeccable food. I'd say their food can beat 90% of the cafes in Singapore. We tried their pork ribs which is amazing. Used to love their avocado toast but sadly it's not in the menu anymore (can we bring it back please?) Chocolate cookies are great as well. Prices are very reasonable for the quality. Puzzles me why I've never seen this place crowded though, not that I mind it. Will definitely be back for more. Keep it up!!!

Excellent service and patience from Jef and Mia. Walked in to browse around like everyone else and was served by Jef. Can feel Jef's passion for the brands he carry and patiently walked us through different brands and products. Initially was put off by their seemingly high price but after knowing about the brands and started comparing it to other shops, you get what you paid for. Subsequent visit was served by Mia, she patiently explained all details of the sofa we are eyeing to ensure we are really satisfied with the product before purchasing. At Grafunkt (Ligne Roset), you're not getting just a furniture. You're getting a handmade, one of a kind furniture that stays timeless in the years to come. Some of their designs were introduced in 70s and still remain highly sought after even today. Finally made my first Grafunkt purchase today and can be sure it won't be my last!!

Excellent service from Wylie who has been so patient with me despite my so many numerous requests. She patiently served me and provided so many pictures and answers to my questions without once expressing displeasure. We finally selected our furniture after numerous back and forth. She is really a gem to the company and a shining example of what true service should be. Thank you, Wylie!

Excellent customer service from the sales people there. Items were really on the pricier side. Do consider getting your items here, they are excellent if you don’t mind paying for quality designer furnitures. My ID decided to customize my own table and sofa sets instead so I didn’t get anything here.
