I presume he did this to elderly pp. But hoid thing , I'm educated and able to catch what he said. J think after I said I recontract as snr Citizen rate, his service goes shallow and began yo explain things very fast. Hate such service! Will go back to Singtel westmall who has more patient and genuine service to elderly pp.
