I worked with Stitch Smith to create some custom embroidered monogram polo shirts for my family. The monogram was quite delicate in terms of fine-line resolution.
They were able to take in the Illustrator file and monogram about 15 shirts of different colours, sizes and threads, from adults down to kids. They can also do hats, monogrammed shirt cuffs, and others.
We will definitely be using them again, and it's really great to be wearing some clothes with our own bespoke monogram on it rather than providing free logo advertising for some random Italian or French brand.
The whole end-to-end engagement was straightforward. I visited the shop once to take a look at the operations, but everything else was done via WhatsApp including payment.
A really fantastic service.
