Stuff'd

Ordered via self pick-up at 6.50pm+ with collection time at 7.07pm. Came to the stall at 7pm to wait and another lady with pick-up time later than mine (7.09pm) collected her food first. So I asked the cashier if my food is ready and she said she will check with her manager. After 10 minute, manager finally found my order slip and started to prepare my food. They explained that the order was somehow missed and they were short of staff. So by the time I finally got my food, it was 7.20pm (30 min after I submitted the order online). And the portion is significantly smaller than usual (especially the salmon bowl). As much as I try to sympathise with their lack of staff situation, I might as well just queue at the store straight instead of ordering in advance? That would have been faster. Good thing is that both the cashier and manager seemed nice with a good attitude. Please give this store more staff.

Frequent customer. Food tastes great but service from staff sometimes lacks. The queue gets long during peak periods too and they would do the online orders first. I noticed the staff has changed too and the portion has shrunk a lotttt. Might reconsider it's value again.

The service staffs at this outlet had the most nonchalant attitude ever. Its 2pm and there's no physical queue and they were only preparing a few grab food orders so i thought id be able to collect my self pick up order soon. However, 10 mins later and my order wasnt ready and I noticed that none of the staffs were preparing any new orders and they weren't doing much. Even when they were preparing orders, they were moving at my great great grandma's pace. Im not exaggerating.

Good healthy food. But, I waited quite long because they do online orders too so they took my order, packed my food up and left it there for a good 5 mins while the last staff were packing for the online orders and left me standing there till she was free. That was annoying.

I'm always a Stuff'd fan. First time visited this outlet, stuff attitude was surprisingly bad. She refused help to change tomato slides to cube 1, while other outlet stuff are ok with this request. +Normally there will be 3pcs tomato but here only 2pcs. 1 customer in front of me ordered beef kebab, I ordered chicken kebab, she put chicken for all and realised fault and add on beef again. Idk what's going on on her, I been always impressed by other outlet stuffs, they are friendly and well trained.

May and team were very helpful and went the extra mile. I wanted to ordered chicken (4 servings) but they were cooking a new batch and May kindly helped to check if they had enough. They also helped to label our food and ensure that I am able to differentiate the orders. May and team are a gem and they are such a delight!

Food tasted great. However, service from staff is not. At the sauce station, there was some problem with the equipment and it dropped on my food, that was okay for me. The second time she tried again the sauce leaked out and touched on the warp directly. At the warping station, i did requested for more mashed potato and he said it was my fault that the warp is now too big and the sauce is leaking as seen in the picture. Well do ur job properly because when i opened it, there is so much space between the filling and the warp. Everything fell apart when i took it out. The aluminium foil used also has holes. Asked to cut in half but never cut all the way down. Do some cool action by cutting diagonally. EDIT, 18/2/2022: Went back and bought their burrito again. Food quality was awesome, tasted great and fresh. Was wrapped properly and everything was clean. However, i still felt the burrito can be filled up more. I don't know if it is to keep the filling in during a bite, but it is not that filled up compared to when they first started.

Love the wraps queue moving fast Thought the rolls wraps a little more savory in compass one booth. Nevertheless good for the stomach ! Recommended
