Was extremely disappointed that we wasn't informed that it only has takeaways and that the seating area next to it belongs to the next store beside it. Only got informed after the food was done and we got chased out by the owner next door. Food portion was bigger than expected but it taste wise was unpleasant. Drinks was spilling all over the place as the cap wasn't secure and taste wise was horrible.

Ordered 2 chicken bibimbap and 1 korean bbq chk; pickup using foodpanda. Chicken bibimbap was bitter in taste and neither my kids or myself could eat it!! Disappointed… suspect the sauce was bitter but not sure. Can don n bap get back on this?? bbq chicken was ok though! Packing was good n pickup time was also prompt.

I have been a regular at Don N Bap Bukit Panjang Plaza until 2 bad experiences. The first was I noticed the staff that were preparing the food were chit chatting, joking loudly (2 of them). From a hygiene perspective, this is a no-no. It happened throughout the time they were preparing the take-away sets I ordered. The 2nd was today. I ordered a Soba Don and was waiting for my order. One of the male staff chided the female one (loudly) and asked "why you gave so much fish??". It was very awkward and shortly after the male staff realized I had heard, he went quiet. And oh-ya, he had his mask off for a few moments including when he made the remark. I would like to hear what is the Management's point of view especially in view of Covid-19, why is your staff pulling down their masks (periodically) when they are preparing food? And please educate them to refrain from talking non-stop while preparing food. I am sure no customer would wish to have added "ingredients". This will be the last time I patronize this stall. (Edited 19 July in response to the Owner) Thanks and please check your CCTV on the 18 July from around 10:50am to 11:20am. as I was there at that time. Not sure if your staff could have pulled down his mask on other timings though.

A hidden and super underrated treasure in the west which undoubtedly deserves more attention!!! ? ? Eat simi: Korean BBQ Chicken Bap Each how much: $6.80 Eat which store: DonNBap Eat where: Bukit Panjang Plaza Eat nice not: 4/5 ? The best thing which can be said would be their extra huge servings (even possible to be shared between two small eaters), yet it is comparably priced. With a solid spice compared to usual foodcourt fares, it didn’t fail to include ample sweet and savoury onions which retained a pleasant crunch without its raw astringency. What was unconventional was how the purposeful inclusion of chicken skin in the meat, providing an additional depth. I think ? The egg wasn’t molten this time but it's still understandable since it's dabao-ed. I do wish the meat was more evenly marinated as some parts felt overly salted and peppery. ? Definitely not lacklustre despite missing the quisessential hot plate! ? IG: @eat_simi

Feels like the standard dropped. Ordered the Teriyaki chicken don. Doesn't look appetising, food presentation is bad. Costed $6.8.

good place to takeaway for a simple meal. so far from my experience, the workers are nice and friendly while the food is pleasant too. most of the food is cooked/prepared to order. ive only ever ordered their beef bibimbap and i love it (i would want to eat it almost everyday in cb 2.0 ??)!! for its price, i think it is worth it and filling. no doubt that there are better or cheaper korean/japanese meals but it is still a solid meal that won't go wrong.
