But later when we ask back they argue that they cannot refund the money.
Worst communication between their staffs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My daughter had trouble ordering her food and the lady staff whom was senior looking was not pleased at the counter. She was argumentative. I suppose the Manager, a gentleman with a foreign accent took over and served us well though.
Making an order with wearing a mask on is not easy so staffs can try to be a little more patient especially to kids.
Other outlets I've seen staffs taking little more time when kids do their order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff who shouted at me for stepping at the area which she have just mopped. Everyone was looking at me as if I have did something wrong.
If she doesn't want people to step over that area, she should have placed a signage or block off that area!
It's a lady from Philippines and wearing green and she have wording tattoo on her right hand!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 1st frontliner, a Filipino staff Andoy is very patient, polite n fast worker. He addresses customers as sir, ma'am and when he cannot hear them properly, he will stretch his head n put his hand to cover the back of his ear in order to listen carefully. I respect his ability n patient, despite long q n busy, he still uphold himself with pride in his work, serve with professionalism n with a smile ? thumbs up n appaluse to him n his shift team workers ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ordered using foodpanda and the whole order was wrong supposed to be one one honey oat bread and one multi grain bread but what we got was both multi grain , even worse we only received 2 cookies when we supposed to have 2 each for each meal and one of the drink that I top up money for was not even given
