β β β β β Had a rendang wrap tonight. Very disappointed with it. Imaging I can count how many pcs in there. And I m paying 7.70 for it. Not worth the money.

β β β β β Subway the Poiz is so frustrating and disappointing. We often order here but they always delivers wrongly! Not sure why.. cos its not so busy compare to other branch why they always get so confused.

β β β β β Ordered by Grab food pick up however when reach shop to collect my food abt 20mins later, staffs doesnt even know i got order. Still insist the takeaway food (grab delivery) they prep earlier was for me. The female staff then check her grab food device and realised my order was there but they never prep. Haiz. Looking at the way the sandwish was arrange, can see they kanchiong and ingredient very little.

β β β β β At Poiz subway. Today 11th of May at around 8ish, went to takeaway the mushroom soup. The guy staff never ask if I want to add in pepper? And want to packed it for me. Cos normally all the other outlets I went, the staff will politely asked me. He then find the change and gave me two 5cents. I then asked the other guy staff (becos he went on to serve another customer) if I can change the two 5cents to a 10cents? He shaked his head and said no. I do not feel a good customer service from them. But I will still drop by to takeaway at this outlet but not too often anymore.

β β β β β 1st time came to this outlet and i ordered 2 wrap. Rendang beef n shrimp. Guess wats the wrap in the pic? The wrap is thinly wrap and im not sure could be due to the ingredients left not much? I could hardly taste the Rendang for both my wrap n im not full after taking 2. Maybe can just train the staff again to prevent such happening.

β β β β β Wanted something light so I ordered a mac and cheese, didnt think that it would be so little for something that is $4.20. It wasnt even half filled, felt more like I was ordering a singular layer of mac and cheese instead. However the service was good
