The worst service ever by the 2 female staff when I went down on 6 May at 1:20pm. The first shocking event was how I had ordered a particular bread that was no longer on the most recent menu but she could have just told me that accordingly. Instead, I was met with a rather brazen attitude, questioning me (yes) when was the last time I visited Subway, as if it was a really big deal. I did not appreciate the tone at all and I was rather disturbed by the lack of self-awareness by both staff as the other female staff proceeded to tell me to read the menu in a condescending tone. To end off, I had clearly said I wanted a footlong set meal but she heard me wrongly, which I had no idea how was that even possible, because it was off-peak and I was the only customer around. It was a very unpleasant 10 minutes and I'd appreciate if something can be done to better the service. It was not like this the last time I had patronized the store so I am rather puzzled at how bad the service has become.

I ordered from Subway TWCC through Grab. My order did not come complete. I have missing missing items. I called them. The staff, Mr Deeban was really helpful. He tried to call the rider but to no avail.Since it is a busy period, he apologised and asked if i want to get a refund instead as it will take longer time.i told him i prefdr to have my food. He said if i do not mind waiting for half and hour, he will try his best to deliver it.I am so grateful to him to make an effort for the customer. He made my day. Thank u Mr Deeban.

I ordered from foodpanda via pick up because it's more convenient for me on the way home from mrt tampines west..and I dont want to queu and wait at the shop. When I reached the store I asked the Auntie if my order is done bec I received the notification alreasy from food panda..she then tell me to wait.. and So I did..afyer 10.mins I can't get thru the people queung going inside the store to ask another staff re: my pick up order so I had to wait in the queu again..when It's my turn, the staff couldn't find my order.he went inside kitchen to check and to my surprised, they just saw the receipt from the app. He then asked to wait outside..without even apologising...I waited outside assuming that he will fast track my order but NO, they didn't. I wasted total 40 mins of the time for the order that I placed onlin which was supposed to be hassle free on my side..I regretted it a lot..to my observance, all the staff at tampines CC are slow in service, no sense or urgency(saw other customers at the line waiting to serve faster but it's not) there are only 5 customers queung but it took them how long to serve 1 customer.such a waste of time. Train them and improve your service.its disappointing.

Felt cheated! Started to be a frequent Subway take-away customer recently, 2 weeks ago purchased a 6-inch roasted chicken sandwich with added tuna x 1 scoop and was charged extra $2.90, didn’t realized until another outlet inform me! And today, I was charged $1.20 for an extra scoop of tuna as I requested BUT there’s no tuna in my sandwich at all!

The two girls/ladies working here seems fairly new and lack customer service. They highly need to undergo some trainings as they just say ok for anything you ask or tell them lol. PLEASE TRAIN THE EMPLOYEES!

I ordered two identical footlong sandwiches. Subway prepared two six inch sandwiches for the delivery person. I know this is not an easy job but just how unconcerned must you be to not realise the payment received and the order made did not even come closely to matching. The reviews on Grab app suggest this branch is notorious for messing up orders. I suppose customers' time and money can be wasted because some Subway employees are too good to be doing their jobs properly?

Quick and Convenient...there's even a vending machine located at the entrance. No need to join the queue...just choose what you like and collect it from the vending machine.... cashless payment.

Ordered via FP, ~ 1:30pm Requested for less mayo and more lettuce. Instead got alot of mayo and not much lettuce. Maybe they were less attentive to requests during peak hours.
