Fyfy’s Love Pet Services - 90 Joo Chiat Rd

This is my first time using FYFY's Love Pet Services for my fur baby GINGER for day/night boarding. GINGER was there for 23 days. Due to covid 19 there was no movement for last 2 years, as pet owners we were worried to leave GINGER at boarding. As i was in talks with KAREN more than a month before the boarding date, she has put us at ease & gave confidence with her knowledge & professionalism that GINGER will be in good hands. As mentioned by KAREN before boarding, there were daily updates with lots of photos, videos & messages about how GINGER is feeling on daily basis. One more thing which i liked the most about KAREN is she will check with you when she notices slightest difference with what we mentioned in the boarding form. After consulting with pet owners she will proceed with required procedures or suggestions. Karen is fully knowledgeable about all breeds, she is always ready with right skills, suggestions & solutions. GINGER had a great time with lots of love under a very safe environment. As a pet parent i was fully satisfied with boarding services & highly recommend. Will definitely engage FYFY again in future. Thanks a ton KAREN.

This is my first time trying boarding services. My toy poodle stayed at Fyfy’s Love Pet for 5 days . Im so happy to see her adapting well and she is happy when I picked her . Karen is a very caring and she understand dogs well and she will give advices about her. Everyday has update of photos and video. Highly recommended ! We are sure to have her services again.

100% recommend! Great communication, awesome photo and video updates, very professional, and really supportive. We experienced a major delay getting home, and Karen put our minds at ease by taking the best care of our little pug until we got home. On top of it all, our little fur baby came home happier than ever. Fyfy's is the best!

My first time experience with the dog boarding!Fyfy’s Love took good care of my pup Bella while we were on staycation , Karen attended to Bella’s needs and made sure she was comfortable during her stay. The pictures and videos updating gave my daughter a peace of mind knowing Bella doing well .The dogs are allowed to roam freely and play together there which must bring most joy and happiness to pups. karen takes good care of my dog during his stay! My boy developed swollen eye after a rough play, Karen has his eye cold press regularly and ensure she sends update to us daily on the recovery progress. Overall my boy enjoyed the stay as we can see he enjoyed mingling with others furry friends

His 4d3n staycation with Fyfy's Love Pet Services . Karen is so prompt w her daily updates on his daily activities, eating habit and pee & poo routine. Sending pictures and videos on how he was getting on. Very precise w everything. She is so good w handling the dogs under her care and she kept him soooooo clean. My French bulldog, biscuit has stayed at Fyfy’s twice now. Karen will send me video updates of him playing with the other dogs throughout the night and I always know he will be in good hands. She is very good with dogs and I can tell biscuit is very happy staying with her when I go to pick him up. Thank you for the great service!
