โ โ โ โ โ For Overseas Tele ART, please stay away from SwabNGo, use Family Belief Clinic instead and save yourself a headache.
SwabnGo process is very badly thought out, because other than a confirmation email, there were no details on what to expect for the video call. So I asked them on WhatsApp, and was advised to indicate my WhatsApp mobile number in the registration form and to expect a WhatsApp video call.
But no call came during the scheduled time. I texted them on WhatsApp but there was no reply even until now (more than 24 hours after). I tried calling their mobile number to no avail. Hence I desperately had to schedule another appointment with Family Belief Clinic, whose process was very smooth.
Upon return to SG, I realized that SwabnGo had texted me via SMS rather than WhatsApp. Many travelers insert a travel SIM, and arenโt able to receive SMS. Hope that SwabnGo improves their communication with customers. You have a lot to work on, and I hope you havenโt caused other travelers to be stranded in foreign countries amidst Covid.

โ โ โ โ โ My partner and I booked Swab N Goโs home testing service for our Pre-Departure swab test prior to our holiday to Bangkok. Two members of Swab N Goโs team turned up in our home punctually at 3pm, did the necessary administration, swabbed the both of us (gently and painlessly) and were out of the door in under 15 minutes! Its the best (extra) $50 we have spent! The two personnel who came to our home were personable, polite and efficient, and made what would have been an uncomfortable and tedious process so easy and painless. In the comfort of our home! We received our swab test results in under 12 hours. Highly recommend!

โ โ โ โ โ My experience at Swagngo was very smooth. I got a call before the appointment to confirm the slot. They were very flexible to me bringing it forward by 1 hour.
The swab itself was very smooth - not uncomfortable at all.
They doctor in the clinic (Dheeraj), was very helpful in the registration process as well as for providing me facts about what I should expect to see in my results.
Highly recommend!!

The clinic staff called to confirm the appointment and was very helpful with advise on the ideal time to get the swab done. Swab test was done very efficiently. Clinic is easily accessible. Results were received sooner than the appointed time.
