★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the clay pot gongbao chicken that cost $10.30 but only had 1 thigh that occupies 1/3 of the clay pot. Picture showed a full clay pot. Not expecting a full claypot but getting 1 thigh at $10.30 is absurd and has no value. Will not buy again. Think some restaurants have better value than this hawker stall.

However, someone from the restaurant has called me to apologise, and to offer to personally deliver it, so averaging out a bad review and a good review to give 4 stars. (The bad review was for the bad customer experience. The good review is because customers understand that things go wrong sometimes and appreciate it when the merchant tries to fix it)

But if you factor in Mall Rental, stall position for high foot traffic, amount of gas used to simmer the delicious flavours, it's worth trying it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here twice and was always amazed with the texture and taste of this thick, flavorful congee chalked up with chunks/ slices of meat. The texture is a must try. The set adds youtiao and soya milk which makes it so worth while. If it's not enough.. get the fried yam. It is darn good and I will go as far to say it is dim sum restaurant quality with crispy yam and creamy custard in it so give it a shot

Randomly found it on Grab while searching for nearby congee.
I did takeaway for 3bowls and left it overnight for all.
They still taste great. Mixing each menu together also not bad ??
1.century egg with lean meat congee
2.sliced fish congee
3.healthy brown rice congee
Price on Grab was higher than their shop’s price around 1.3$/bowl. But, I got 25%off self-pick up, so ended up a bit cheaper. Anyhow, I will still go back and try eat onsite even no discount! The price is totally reasonable for their taste.
Recommended! Especially for your tired day??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The century egg and lean pork porridge is nice. Thick and flavourful porridge with savoury century egg and tender pork slices. You tiao is crispy and the soya bean is not too sweet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always wanted to try this and finally managed to after more than a year. Had the century egg lean meat porridge and it’s very good! Only $5! They have the option to get the set (with fried dough sticks and soya bean milk) and also add egg or vegetables. Will come back again!
