Swensen's

When l think of having ice-cream, Swensen comes right to my mind. Whenever the 'earthquake' arrived on my table, the excitment never fails me. Just looking at the assortments of ice-cream top with whipped cream, crushed nuts, dry ice effect..., am simply overwhelmed.....

The rendang impossible burger is too good to be true! Although the price is not cheap, but the taste is definitely worth it! I’d definitely love to try out the other impossible burgers too if I happen to come here again!

OMG… My first time eat Swensen’s after 2 years not in SG. It’s the worst meal I’ve ever eaten.. The smoked duck carbonara taste like a one star pasta. The margherita tasted like kerosene burnt pizza…… HORRIBLE! Service wise (ONE STAR), I requested for cheese and chilli flake, it didn’t come.

Everything is good, usual classic Swensen’s. Sticky chewy chocolate is still the best ice cream in Swensen’s!

Didn't know swensens originated from San francisco. Always remembered it to be famous for its ice cream cakes since a long time ago (it still is). In fact, before malls were loaded with expensive restaurants, this used to be one of the more atas places. Anyways, we ordered some typical western food and they were great. And because I only just found out they originated from San Francisco (and also realised interior decorations are full of golden gate bridges lol), I gave their clam chowder a try. It was also great. The staff also explained to me very clearly which sundaes were valid for the free reward redemption etc and was very efficient. The durian supreme sundae was indeed outrageous; such strong taste and nice texture. One of the heaviest (in a good way) meals of the year. Anyway, just a small thing to be improved: I tried to pay using grab voucher and was told I can used unlimited ones. Happily redeemed tonnes of vouchers and was blocked after four redemption. Cashier told me it's not their fault that grab blocked me. Maybe. But it's also highly unlikely that I'm the first person who tried to redeem more than four grab vouchers and got blocked. So probably should have told me to limit my redemption to four. Now I'm stuck getting refund from grab. Anyway, if you don't pay by grab vouchers, please come visit and have a good time

Ate Swensen's for yearsssss now and always must have their icecream! Regular fries tasted just like childhood with the signature 2 dips, very simple but so nostalgic. For mains we had Carbonara, good portion for 2pax to share so it wouldnt be too gelat. Rich & creamy! Curry chicken baked rice was a huge disappointment.... it tasted like airplane food. There is no "baked" in this. Like rice topped with curry chicken which was bland. Topless Five we chose Sticky Chewy Chocolate (the best flavour everrrrr imo!), Salted Gula Melaka (not too sweet), Butterscotch Crumble (so yummmyyy), Macadamia Nut (nutty yummy) & Vanilla Pistachio (omg this flavour was so bad....... tasted so artificial & plastic-y, we scoped the whole thing out). Loved the self ordering ipads! The airconditioning needs help... it was sooooo warm to the extent the service crews were also fanning themselves to keep cool.

Been a frequent diner at this outlet. Food is always great, up to standard! Super love the beef sausage arrabbiata ? Sweet and peppery, with a great amt of spice! Fries came in hot & crispy ? Just a point to note, as many reviews mentioned.. staff here seems unfriendly & service wise can still be improved. Else wise, cheers! Love the food ??

Visit this outlet fairly often. The quality control of food here is pretty good, much more consistent than causeway point outlet. The staff here are also generally quite alright, most of them show good attitude in their service and tone towards customers. All I can say is be prepared to queue for awhile especially friday dinner & weekend lunch and dinner timings.
