β β β β β Today's (4th Feb 2022, 7:43pm). Seafood Vietnamese Fried Rice was rushed and not properly fried nor seasoned. Bland and rice was not mixed well.
The foreign lady wearing black is the manager and she has a service attitude. Unfriendly, stuck-up and she will ignore you although you raised your hand obviously. She didn't even bother to acknowledge. Ignored completely. Horrible experience today. Keeping such staff is a mistake. As long as she is here, I don't see myself giving this place higher stars.
At least the service staff wearing red are very friendly which I really appreciate.

β β β β β Nice beef phα», bΓ‘nh xΓ¨o and crab gα»i cuα»n. Not exactly what you'll find in the streets on vn but I think the taste is well adapted to the Singaporean palette. Satisfying vn food fix. We went on a Saturday evening, the place was clearly under staffed but still appreciate the effort.

β β β β β Will never visit again. Prior experience at the old IMM outlet was awesome, but cant say the same for this outlet at Jem. Beef was salty from the inside out. The onion and capsicum slices were way more enjoyable. Pho was way lacking in terms of quantity. Add-on of sliced beef was prehaps 1.5 strips of shabu shabu beef that you can buy from Song Fish, and they charge you $3 for it at So Pho.
I think I need to stop here.

β β β β β Main courses were good. However, the mango glutinous rice was dreadful, given awfully raw mangoes that were white in colour, hard and sour, almost like pineapples. So disappointing. I'd rather they remove the item from the menu than serve this nonsense.

β β β β β disappointing meal. I've had a more pleasant experience when there was a branch at IMM. The pho portion was quite small and filled to only half the bowl. Ordered extra beef slice for $3 but it came in a separate small bowl with only 3-4 tiny slices. not even equivalent to a slice of shabu for steamboat. hardly worth even $2. Drinks are overpriced, if I'd knew the lemongrass drink would just be sugar water with some lemongrass flavor for $3.50, I'd have just ordered sprite for $3.20. Wasn't even keen to find out why the "iced longan with red date & ginger" drink costs $5.80. Note to self, do not come again.
