When I first walked in to their boutique, I was curious about IWC but had no intention of buying anything. He was very helpful and informative and was just passionately sharing information about the brand, and about horology in general. I didn’t make any purchases then but kept in touch with him. Fast forward a few months later, I’ve purchased quite a few different watches from him and keep coming back! He’s really helpful and professional. Thanks Aaron!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A special shout out to Michael from the Resorts World Sentosa store. As someone with no purchase history with the store, I was made to feel perfectly at ease. Michael provided professional yet practical advise on the models I was looking at and also proposed alternatives, since the ones I’m looking at were not available.
Thoroughly enjoyable experience, definitely will recommend this establishment for someone looking for Rolex Authorized Dealer.

He gave REALLY good advice and was always enthusiastic about talking watches. He even let me try on his precious Panerai! How cool is that ?
I wish however that it was in a better location, as it is away from the main stretch (more isolated now with COVID). So please support Swiss Watch Gallery! Very good selection and best staff (non-Rolex)??
