K	Kiki K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my staycation to celebrate my anniversary with my fiancé and it was a splendid stay and a memorable one. During our stay, the service provided is tip top and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Keep it up! Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!
C	Charlene and Serwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room we stayed in felt tired and old. For example the silicon at the sink area had black mould. No wonder they are starting renovations this coming week. Front desk was ok. Butler service non-existent? Tried very hard to call through room service just after check-in but no answer so we ended up going to the reception to get help. Staff were very friendly though. Thumbs up for them. Bed was very comfortable too.
B	Ben Jin Wong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a free hotel stay given by my aunt, but the receptionist was insistent that my aunt has to here and registered, although she will not be staying. As a result, due to SMM, there could only be 1 more guest. Although there was a sizeable crowd, there was only 1 receptionist. Ridiculous experience, will not be here again. You want a good experience, head over to MBS.
M	Mahima Rai on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The newly renovated rooms are really beautiful and much brighter! But I still prefer the old vintage touched rooms. I would definitely say that they’re under staffed. There was a long queue for check in but only one staff at the counter to attend to them. I was a little disappointed that one of the staff didn’t allow late checkout. I checked back with a different staff the next day and they let me checkout late from 12pm to 1pm. But I checked out early anyways as the staff earlier had informed me that they’re all fully booked and needed the rooms back. What’s more disappointing is that this time our mini bars were empty :( They did attend to all of my requests, be it whatever time it was at.
b	brindha krish on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no direct contact. I emailed the enquiries email 5 days ago. The protocol was to respond within 24hrs. Yet till today no reply. I also sent to the feedback email, also no reply. How will customers settle their enquiries?
M	Molly Lim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service & room ???. Just the walls between rooms very thin. So voices talking next room can be heard clearly. Especially if they are still talking late at night or early morning! ??

Hotel is also going green where the bed sheets were not changed if there’s no request. Hotel security is good as we’re required to provide name prior to entering the hotel. Tea choices provided were from TWG and coffee capsules provided were from Nespresso. Six cans of soft drinks and two bottles of alkaline water replenished daily too. Toiletries used are good to touch. Overall a very pleasant experience. Hotel is walking distance to casino, USS, and all the facilities you need in Sentosa.

Recep staff were friendly except a male staff (not in uniform) who was extremely rude and unprofessional when I was politely asking for info on direction. Poor attitude and a let down of an otherwise good experience.
