It was repaired in 10min with a reasonable price, thanks to the really professional stuff. Amazing !

This is about the only shop that lets you try out brand new gear before you buy them. You can't really find any other shop like this that are open to trying then buy. Now, even if you tried but you think it isn't for you, they do not hardsell nor guilt trip you! It takes a saxophonist to understand another. Really fantastic business model and attitude! (Other shops may just straight up tell you that no trying is allowed, and say it is no fair, etc etc..)
I re-picked up my saxophone under the watchful mentorship and partnership of Daniel! Kudos to him! I now get all my reeds, accessories and the JazzLab Pro from them!

β β β β β Whether you are just curious, a beginner, a parent whose child wants to play the saxophone or an adult who is tired of the self imposed Stay-At-Home-Notice wanting to find a meaning in life with saxophone. This is the place to go.
I didnβt like the Y-brand and fortunately SAXO carried a ready stock of 5-6 different brands (including the Y-brand) and models for me to try side by side. Itβs rare to find such a variety and staff (Daniel) who would be patient, neutral and plays the instrument well, to help me make a good decision to buy an instrument that is good value for money.
Highly recommended!

Customer service was also excellent, staff recommended several mouthpieces and ligatures to try before I decided on which one to purchase. Highly recommended if you wanna have a go at trying out some saxophone equipment!

β β β β β I am very disappointed with this shop and their web store. I purchased a Tenor Sax mouthpiece from the online store 1.5 months ago, paid for the product and delivery. The delivery was promised in 8 days but now since more than 1.5 months, I am still waiting.

β β β β β I really like this place because of the products and most importantly the service. Daniel would go the extra mile to assist me to get the saxophone I wanted urgently. He is good in recommending which brand and model for saxophone accessories like carrier, mouthpieces and reeds. He even extended his opening hours to meet my work schedule. Products of the same brand are the same every where you find but service is up to individuals.
