Place is the local distributor for Feurich, Hailun and Petrof pianos. In essence, what you get is a warehouse/showroom with no frills in eastern Singapore well away from the city. No glitzy shopping mall here. The ultimate endpoint though is the service---a friendly saleswoman by the name of Cissy attended to me. Not pushy. And prices that are kept much lower than elsewhere. A Hailun H33p/HU7p, for example, cost similar to the Yamaha U3 in price in the States. But here it's 40% less. I suppose the lower rental costs do get passed on to the end consumer. 5 stars from a happy customer.

Purchased a Petrof P125 from Piano Master just recently and it sounds amazing. I have tried playing on a few other pianos, different brands, different models, and finally decided to get this, given the quality and price range. Jason and Cissy are both very kind and friendly. Jason offered a lot of helpful insights and suggestions, gave comparisons on many factors, and then let me decide what I really want to own. It's actually quite rare to find someone who genuinely give you honest opinions without forcing you into any buying, which is what I was really impressed with.

Sells good range of pianos eg Petrof, Hailun, Grotian and Rosler. The boss does the home tunning. Short walk from Peya Lebah mrt station.

We were introduced to Jason of Piano Master International by a family member who have bought a piano from him almost 15 years ago. On meeting Jason, we somehow felt we have came to the right place. We do not know much about piano and Jason was able to explain the different type of piano using simple terms while associating to our daily life. He was never pushy in his sales and have kept his environment open that we can freely make any clarification and trials. We were convinced by his profession and chose one that he has recommended. I'm so glad that we made this choice because our son could not stop playing on the day of arrival. He looks forward coming home everyday to play his pieces. Jason's professionalism did not stop there. Post sales come the first tuning. He came down personally and addressed any question. He also made the setup better if any minor detail was overlooked by his delivery team. Overall it was a great experience and I would highly recommend Piano Master International to anyone.

Price is a concern for us and we have no idea if the kids will study all the way through to grade 8 and beyond, so a $10,600 made-in-Japan Yamaha U1 was out of the question. While doing research on buying of pianos, I came across Hailun, a Chinese brand which quite a number of people on forums have stated is very good value for money. So we went to Piano Master, the sole distributor of Hailun pianos. Not sure if it is due to the COVID period or otherwise, but it is by appointment only. The shop was just a short walk from Paya Lebar MRT. It was a rainy day when I went down, but covered shelters led all the way from the MRT exit to the shop. The shop was quite big with an eclectic display of both new and second-hand pianos. They also carry some expensive European brands, but personally, my untrained ears couldn't really tell the difference either way. We eventually went for the HL-125 model at less than half the price of the U1. They also offer a buy back service for the piano within 5 years if you change your mind. Additional tuning costs $90, again, half the price of Yamaha. (Note: They do not accept credit cards) Everything was done digitally using WhatsApp, from invoicing to user manual and setting up of delivery and tuning. Many other reviewers have already mentioned the good service so I would not go into further details. Suffice to say that I have had a very good overall experience from the start to the after sales service. A $5000 piano is still not cheap in my books, but I do feel that I’ve gotten a good deal and I think the good service must have contributed in no small part to this. I’ve had the piano in my living room for some 2 weeks now, zero buyer’s remorse. ?
