★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor poor poor trash service everytime. ignores my request repeatedly to put my drinks into my reusable bag (of course to save the earth) but ignores me and turns a blind ear. Such poor service ruins the Koi experience, shame i will not be buying from this outlet again, Liho is just afew steps away.
